To say that I knew very little about buying a home would be an understatement.
When it came time to start talking loans and closing, my lack of knowledge became even more apparent.
However, Reb Rose at Calvert Mortgage took the time to define EVERY WORD he used while explaining the process.
I left our meeting feeling confident about the next steps and I actually learned something.
In addition, Reb was able to expedite the process in what had to be record time, as I was in a time crunch to close.
To cap off what had become one of the most positive aspects of the buying process,
Reb showed his dedication to customer satisfaction one last time.  On the day before my closing,
my relator called me and informed me that the seller due to an unexpected business trip needed to close TODAY.
